Filing a DMCA takedown notice

If you believe material on Newtechprice infringes your copyright, please send a written notice that includes all of the following:

  1. Your signature (physical or electronic) of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works).
  3. Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (exact URL on newtechprice.com).
  4. Your contact information — name, address, telephone number, and email.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Incomplete notices may delay our ability to act. We may share your notice with the person who posted the material.

Counter-notification

If you believe content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to [email protected] including:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number.
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangladesh (or your local jurisdiction if required by applicable law) and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.

We may restore the material after 10–14 business days unless the copyright owner files a court action.

We may terminate or restrict access for users or accounts that are repeat infringers, where appropriate.
